[展馆简介]

    2001年9月，位于北三环马甸桥总建筑面积达12万平方米的中国国际科技会展中心正式落成启用。
    中国国际科技会展中心雄伟的建筑造型、独具的建筑韵味使其无可争议的成为京北地区的地标性建筑。它的建成标志着京北地区拥有了首座集5A级智能化写字楼、高档酒店式商务公寓、设施先进的展览厅、国际水准的多功能会议厅、旋转咖啡厅、各种餐饮娱乐设施等于一体的大型、高档、多功能商务中心。 
    The China International Science and Technology Convention Center (CISTCC) was opened in September of 2001. The unique charming style of CISTCC makes it an architectural landmark. It is the first multi-functional and comprehensive business complex in Northern Beijing that integrates office buildings, serviced business apartments, exhibition halls, conference rooms and advanced facilities, restaurants of various cuisines, a revolving café, bars, a fitness center and other recreational facilities.

    由南（C座）、北（A座）双塔，中座（B座）及中央大厅四部分构成。
    CISTCC is comprised of Tower A (North Tower), Tower B, Tower C (South Tower) and the Exhibition Hall.

    A、C座地上共23层，B座地上共14层，地下2层。
    Tower A and C have 23 stories. Building B has 14 stories. There are two stories underground.

    最高点115米，实际建筑高度89米。
    The highest point is 115 meters and the actual building height is 89 meters. 

    结构类型 Construct 
    筏式基础、钢筋混凝土框架及剪力墙结构体系。
    Raft-style foundation, RC frames and shearing-force wall structures.
    1-3层楼板承载量为4KN/m2，4-23层楼板承载量为2KN/m2。
    The loading limit is 4kN/m2 for floors 1~3 and 2kN/m2 for floors 4~23.

    六大功能部分 Six Portions by Functionalities 
    展览部分：由中央大厅（净高10米，面积约2,000平方米）及一、二层展厅组成。
    The Exhibition Hall: Comprised of the Central Hall (with a ceiling height of 10 meters and an area of 2,000 m2), the exhibition halls on the 1st and 2nd floors.
    会议部分：由B座的三、四层和十四层的各种规格的30多个会议厅、阶梯报告厅、多功能厅组成。
    The Conference Facility：Comprised of over 30 conference rooms of different layouts and functions，located on the 3rd, 4th and 14th floors of Tower B.
    酒店部分：由C座的位于5至21层的166套高级公寓组成。
    The Hotel：The serviced apartment hotel is comprised of 166 two-bedroom apartments on floors 5-21 of Tower C.
    餐饮部分：由员工餐厅、潮粤餐厅、旋转餐厅、酒吧等组成。
    The Dining Facility：There are several restaurants and cafeteria in the building including an employee cafeteria, a Cantonese restaurant，a revolving café，and bars.
    服务部分：由地上及地下停车位、邮电通信、卫星天线、商务中心、航空定票服务中心、银行及健身中心等组成。
    Other Service Facilities: Including parking lots (ground and under ground), a post office, a cable and satellite system, a business service center, an airline-ticketing center, bank branch offices and a fitness center.
    办公系统：由A、B座约62,000平方米的办公区组成。
